Group Exercise

Our studio within DCStrength and Performance offers a variety of challenging group classes: Dance Cardio, Pilates, Barre, Metabolic Conditioning, High Intensity Interval Training, TRX-Core Fusion and Group Strength Training. These classes are taught by three experienced, highly motivating instructors, who can help you get the most out of a traditional group exercise class.

Early morning classes taught by Courtney are sign up and payment in advance. Contact Donna Chalfant to sign up for any of these classes. 9:15 classes daily are taught by Donna are drop in $15 or ticket classes ($120.00 for booklet of 10 classes).
